I specialize in helping athletes and active individuals get back to their fitness goals. I’m not just a Chiropractor– I’m an athlete myself. I competed nationally in powerlifting and I have been lifting weights since 2008 and I can’t imagine my life without the gym. I cherish memories of playing on basketball and rugby school teams when I was younger. I love what I do but, I’m particularly passionate about assisting with issues like herniated/bulging discs/sciatica, and tackling foot pains (ex. plantar fasciitis). I’ve taken special courses to understand posture, and how people walk and move. My approach is all about figuring out why you’re hurting, not just treating where it hurts. I believe we’re a team, working together inside AND outside the treatment room. So, if you’re into being an active part of your healing journey, we’ll make a great team!
